What Lover’s Quarrel Can End The World?

Previously on the Adventures of The World’s Superheroes: one of our main characters still can’t get over a certain Lover’s Quarrel. Needless to say, even now, they’re still talking about it.

“Argh, pay attention, will you? Seriously, considering how powerful those 2 are since they are Superheroes like us, they could easily end up destroying The World. Consider the horrible possibilities.”

“Oh, I don’t think they’ll go that far, dear. They seem reluctant to take out their weapons and resort to a physical fight. They usually fight with just words, which really goes to show just how much they really love each other. Isn't that romantic and sweet?”

“Ugh, what the? Take this seriously, would you? One of them could snap at any moment. They-”

“That’s why we’re here dear, to keep those 2 in line and help them protect The World as Superheroes.”

“Seriously, if it’s just those 2, The World would be over by now. They’ll plunge us into so many World Wars, the entire planet won’t know what hit it and it’ll be the end of The World as we know it. Those two should learn to just calm down and stop trying to claw each other’s eyes out or something.”
