What’s Wrong With Breaking The Fourth Wall?

Wednesday, June 15, 2016
In the previous article, West complained about a certain new nickname and would like East to explain where this nickname came from.

If you’re also wondering about that, well, you can continue to wonder because East evades the question and does not bother to answer.

Well, there is an answer, but it’s not what you’re thinking.

Let’s hear it for East’s response: “I thought you liked it. You did not protest when I called you 'Sky' a few sentences- ah, I mean, a few posts or so ago.”

“Huh.” West blinks, confused. “Did you, now? Really? Oh. I must have missed it then.”

East smiles slightly at that. “I am not surprised in the least.”

“Uff, whatever, East. Just don’t call me 'Sky'. And don’t break the fourth wall by mentioning things like 'posts'. That’s totally not cool or awesome at all.” The Superhero pouts.

How To Give An Out Of This World Response?

Sunday, June 12, 2016
West has a ‘super special awesome’ response to East’s words in the previous post.

If you’ve forgotten what those words were, West thinks that’s perfectly fine and would prefer that you do not try to remember said words.

But if you do remember them, well, West would like to inform you that a response to those words exists.

Don’t let anyone fool you into thinking otherwise because said response is seriously out of this world.

Yes, that’s the Superhero’s description of said reply and West is adamantly sticking to that description no matter what.

So, let’s hear it for West’s eloquent response then: “Whatever, East.”

Oh, and don’t bother asking West to explain such a wonderfully interesting reply. The Superhero has moved on from the issue and advises that you do the same.

“And don’t call me Sky, East,” West added. “Uff, where do you get these nicknames?”

What Gets You To Pout Or Smile Fondly?

West reacts to East’s words in the previous post. The former bristles and pouts at said words and doesn’t sound pleased at all.

“What was that?” West said. “Are you saying I’m weak, East? Like, there’s no way.” West said this in a rather whining tone of voice.

"I’m strong, okay? Totally, completely, absolutely strong. Stronger than you and South and North.” This was said with much conviction.

“That’s ‘cause I’m the ‘super special awesome’ Superhero and you lot are just my sidekicks. Yeah, that’s right.” West nods.

“You lot are just my backup ‘cause I’m the Leader. So there.” West spoke as if all this was fact and true and couldn’t possibly ever be wrong.

East sighs. “We have already had this discussion earlier, Sky, so I would appreciate it if we did not have to repeat this all over again.”

There’s a fond smile on East’s face though. “But, in case you forgot, and I wouldn’t be surprised if that was the case, my dear Sky, let me say it again: You are not the Leader and we are not your sidekicks.”

Oh, look, West is finally done talking or, at the very least, East is finally able to interject and speak up, though the intention is certainly not to monologue or soliloquize.

Needless to say, this is done at the earliest possible opportunity, also known as when West finally shuts up.

“Somehow, I do not think that is the case at all, Sky,” East said, smiling.

“Whatever reason North and South might have for not showing up right now, I am quite certain that it is not because they mean to leave the matter of dealing with the enemies of The World to you, Sky.”

East hurriedly went on before West can get the chance or opportunity to interrupt, “And, if I may add, you really should not brag or underestimate our enemies. Some of them might turn out to be too strong for you to handle alone, Sky. You cannot do these things alone all the time and that is why you have us, your fellow Superheroes, to help you. You understand, do you not, Sky?”

How To Insult The Evil Enemy?

Friday, June 03, 2016
Also known as, “In which West decides to talk and talk and talk”.

superheroes series, fantasy, adventure, story, writing
Okay, West and East have finally decided to move on from discussing the unknown whereabouts of their fellow Superheroes.

But if you think that means they’re finally ready to deal with the Evil Enemy, well, think again because, yes, they’re still busy talking.

Well, they will be talking anyway, just as soon as West finishes doing a monologue and soliloquy about a certain Evil Enemy.

“Anyway, East, let’s just forget about North and South for now. We can look for them later. We’ll just be the ones to deal with this enemy. I’m totally sure we can handle this by ourselves.

"Hey, maybe North and South thought the same thing and they decided to just leave this matter to us. Hmm, actually, I think I should be the one to deal with the enemy, by myself, I mean.

"Just look at him. He’s such a small fry, I can totally easily handle this all by myself and with one hand tied behind my back. Know why? ‘Cause I’m awesome and superheroic. And I’m totally super sure that North and South think so too. That’s why they didn’t show up. Yeah, they know I can handle this with no problems at all.”
